To submit a request
click on the link in the blue column to
the left and follow the log in instructions.
To check the status
of your own work requests, click on the
query links in the blue column to the left. This feature will tell
you if a work order is open, closed, pending, or on hold while parts
are on order.
If you need to make changes to, or have
further questions about a work order, call the number above for
assistance. Please have either your 5 digit request number or work
order number ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Emergency requests
can be called in to the
JNPP extension during office hours (9 a.m.–
5 p.m.). Our

Maintenance technicians (RAM techs) are available to meet your needs!
If you have an emergency request when
our office is closed, contact Security at ext. 2107. They will
dispatch a RAM tech to help you.
Are you planning an event?
Physical Plant will need a work order
for the set up at least one week in advance. Please note that work
orders placed for set ups that do not have corresponding room
reservations will not be accepted until that paperwork has been
approved.
*Plant does not provide table linens or
AV equipment.
